Seminars and Programmes

Leadership Presence

Communicating leadership presence is a key business skill. Knowing how to project authority in an authentic way will help you gain your team members' trust and respect.

In this interactive course, you will find out how, by tweaking some of your nonverbal behaviours (body language and voice), you can increase your gravitas, build respect, and make an authentic connection.

Get Heard in Meetings

Getting heard in meetings is key for impact and influence in the workplace but... Sometimes you simply can't get a word in edgewise. Or you start speaking and someone interrupts you. Other times, you say something and nobody reacts. Until, 10 minutes later, someone says exact same thing and everyone is like "Wow, That's such a good idea!"

How can you get heard, noticed and acknowledged in meetings?

In this interactive session, I will share with you tools and techniques that you can use to get your voice heard. You will learn how to use nonverbal signals (body language and voice) to get others to listen, find out how to speak on the spot with confidence conviction and discover how deal with interruptions in a friendly but firm way. .

Speak on the Spot

Most of our day-to-day speaking is impromptu. Meetings and conversations aren’t scripted. Everyone’s happily improvising. And it’s all well and good until we find ourselves in a high-stakes situation. And then we start to worry that under pressure we will either blank out or ramble on.

That’s why we need to have a strategy to fall back on so that, rather than panicking, we can speak out with ease and confidence. In this seminar, you will learn simple frameworks to speak off-the-cuff clearly, concisely, and confidently.

Your Voice of Influence

Our voice is our main means of expression. Others make a lot of assumptions about our status, competence, and authority based on the sound of our voice. That’s why supporting our message through confident speech and engaging vocal performance is a vital component of effective communication in business.

In this course, you will learn how to speak with confidence and clarity, how to warm-up your voice before speaking, how to breathe properly to power up your voice, and how to use the volume, pace, and pitch of your voice to become a more persuasive and engaging speaker.

Presentation Skills for Non-Native English Speakers

Whether your team is delivering sales pitches, performance updates or presenting to stakeholders, their ability to present with clarity and confidence is key for your business success. Presenting can be nerve -racking for everyone but for non-native English speakers, it comes with an added challenge of speaking in a language that isn’t their own.

In this course, you will discover not only how to design and deliver powerful presentations, tailor your content to the audience, and manage nerves, but you will also learn practical vocal skills (articulation, emphasis, pace, volume, pitch) to speak with confidence and clarity without worrying about your accent.

Storytelling for Business

Storytelling is a powerful way of conveying complex information in a concise way. Human beings are hard-wired for story – it’s how we make sense of the world. Storytelling skills are especially relevant to teams that need to convey dry information, leave a lasting impact or engage an audience.

In this course, you will find out 5 types of stories that every business should be telling, you will discover how to structure a memorable story, you will learn how to adapt your story to a specific audience and, last but not least, you will get a chance to build confidence in telling stories in a group setting.

Be seen. Be heard. Be you.
